Association became a partner of the project international project „Activation of young generation in the times of climate policy backlash in Central Europe- AGIT“
The Association of Agrarian and Environmental Lawyers became a partner of the project titled „Activation of young generation in the times of climate policy backlash in Central Europe“. The project was approved within the Erasmus+ programme: Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values Programme: CERV-2022-CITIZENS-CIV.
The project is coordinated by the Alliance of Associations Polish Green Network and the partnership is composed by 7 institutions from all 4 Visegrad countries.
The main objective of the project is to activate youth, increase the youth's awareness of climate change, and educate them on climate and biodiversity crisis and in this context on the legal instruments which are available to young people, and which can be used to modify climate policy at both the local and national level.
The project starts in October 2022 and it will be implemented for 24 months. During this perid, the Association of Agrarian and Environmental Lawyers will be involved in preparation of didactic materials and the subsequent organization of meetings and trainings aimed to arise awareness on current climate change issues.
